Years ago, I taught at a little school with a lot of technology, but relatively little of it was being used. I was inspired to try out the tools and started my journey by learning about Google Forms, which I thought I could use to eliminate all of the paper generated by reading conferences.

Fast forward a few months, and I had both levels of Google Certified Educator, and I was working towards becoming a trainer. Now as a Google Certified Trainer, for many years I have supported others in their journey to integrate technology into their processes and workflows. I have worked with government and education authorities, as well as small businesses and non-profits, both here in Alberta and internationally. My experience includes everything from 1 on 1 mentorship, to presenting at conferences with as many as 480 participants.

My two areas of expertise are with Google Workspaces and MacOS iWork apps. I am able to train on any Google product, from Admin Console to Google Slides, and on the Apple side, from Swift Playgrounds to Numbers. I have assisted non-profits with their initial setup, and written technical training manuals for one of Canada's largest insurers. As a current classroom teacher, I also understand the pressures faced by educators, and can tailor my training to any specific context.
